When you submit an enquiry or place an order, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, delivery address, logo and brand files, and any other information you include in your enquiry form.
When you visit our website, we may automatically collect your IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring URLs via cookies and analytics tools.
3. Why We Collect It and Our Legal Basis
We use your data to respond to enquiries, produce design proofs, process and fulfil orders, send transactional emails relating to your order, and improve our website and service.
Our legal basis for processing is performance of a contract (for order fulfilment), legitimate interests (for responding to enquiries and improving our service) and consent (for marketing emails, where you have opted in).
4. Marketing Emails
If you subscribe to our mailing list or opt in at enquiry, we may send you event setup tips, offers and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. We do not add customers to marketing lists without their consent.
5. How Long We Keep Your Data
Enquiry data is kept for up to 12 months if no order is placed. Order data including your details and design files is kept for up to five years to support warranty claims and reorders. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.
6. Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the third-party services required to operate our business, including our print supplier (for order fulfilment), Shopify (our store platform), Klaviyo (email marketing) and Google Analytics (website analytics). All processors are UK GDPR compliant.
