These terms apply to all orders placed with Eventline Solutions Ltd. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. About Us

2. Our Products
All gazebo setups supplied by Eventline Solutions Ltd are made to order and custom printed with your branding. Products are supplied as described on our website at the time of ordering.
3. Placing an Order
Orders begin when you submit an enquiry form with your package selection and logo files. We will produce a free design proof within 24 hours. Your order is only confirmed and payment taken once you have reviewed and approved your design proof in writing.
4. Design Approval
You are responsible for checking your design proof carefully before approval. This includes checking all text, logos, colours and layout. Once you approve your proof in writing, we proceed to print and your order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable. We cannot accept liability for errors approved by the customer.
5. Payment
Payment is taken in full after design approval and before printing begins. We accept all major debit and credit cards via our secure checkout. All prices are shown excluding VAT unless stated otherwise.
6. Delivery
We aim to deliver within 7–10 working days from payment and design approval. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by our courier or circumstances outside our control. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. All deliveries require a signature. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Returns and Refunds
Because all products are custom printed to your approved design, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once printing has begun, except in the following circumstances: the product is faulty or damaged on arrival, or the product differs materially from the approved design proof.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Non-printed accessories such as stability kits and carry bags may be returned unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for return postage costs. Please contact us before returning any item.
8. Intellectual Property
You confirm that you own or have the right to use all logos, images and artwork submitted to us. You accept full responsibility for any intellectual property infringement arising from your submitted artwork. We accept no liability for unauthorised use of third-party intellectual property supplied to us by you.
9. Liability
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the value of that order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of business opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order applies to that order.
