Your Setup
What's included in each package?
Every package includes a fully printed branded canopy, a wheeled carry bag and a tie-down kit. The Business package adds one full branded side wall. The Professional package includes one full wall, two half walls and a branded fitted table cover. Full package details are on our Packages page.
What sizes are available?
All three packages come in two sizes - 3×3m and 3×4.5m. The 3×3m is the most popular choice for markets, pitches and smaller events. The 3×4.5m suits larger stalls, exhibitions and trade shows where you need more covered space.
How long does setup take?
Under five minutes. The gazebo uses a pop-up scissor frame - no tools, no complicated assembly. Unpack, expand, lock, done.
Is it weatherproof?
Yes. The canopy fabric is water-resistant and UV treated, performing well in typical UK outdoor conditions. For heavy rain or exposed locations, we strongly recommend adding a Stability Kit or Pro Stability Kit at checkout.
How durable is it?
These are commercial-grade gazebos built for repeated outdoor use. The 40mm hex aluminium frame is designed to withstand regular setup and pack-down at events. With proper use and storage, they last for years.
Design & Branding
What is the free design proof?
Before anything is printed, we produce a digital mockup showing exactly how your branding will look on your chosen setup. You review it, request any changes, and approve it before we send anything to print. There is no charge for this and no commitment required until you are completely happy.
What logo file do I need to send?
Ideally a vector file - AI, EPS or PDF saved as vector. These give the cleanest results at large print sizes. A high-resolution PNG at minimum 1,000px wide with a transparent background also works well. If you are unsure, send us what you have and we will let you know.
What if my logo is low resolution?
If your logo is not suitable for large-format printing, we will let you know straight away. For an additional £39.99 we can redraw it as a clean vector file - giving you a print-ready asset you can use anywhere, not just on your gazebo. Please note that not all low-resolution logos can be redrawn; if the file is too degraded we will advise you before any charge is applied.
Can I choose my own colours?
Yes. Your setup is printed with your brand colours. Include your colour references - HEX, Pantone or CMYK - when you submit your enquiry and we will match them as closely as the print process allows.
How many revisions can I request?
We offer two rounds of revisions as standard. In practice, most customers approve on the first proof. The more detail you give us upfront about your branding, the closer the first proof will be.
Can I supply my own artwork?
Yes. If you would prefer to supply print-ready artwork yourself, please get in touch and we will send you the relevant artwork templates and design guidelines. All submitted files must be in CMYK colour mode and supplied in vector format (AI, EPS or PDF) or high-resolution JPG, TIFF or PNG at 300dpi.
Ordering & Delivery
How does the ordering process work?
Choose your package, complete the enquiry form and upload your logo. We will send your free design proof within 24 hours. Once you approve it, you pay and we go to print. Your complete setup is delivered in 7–10 working days from payment confirmation.
When do I pay?
After you approve your design proof - not before. You see exactly how your setup will look, request any changes, and only pay once you are completely happy.
How much is delivery?
Delivery to mainland UK addresses is included within our standard pricing. For Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and other non-mainland locations, a delivery surcharge may apply - this will be confirmed before you pay.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
How long will delivery take?
7–10 working days from payment and design approval is our standard turnaround. If you have an upcoming event with a tight deadline, contact us before ordering and we will do our best to help.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery. All deliveries are made by tracked courier and require a signature on arrival.
Returns & Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel at any time before you approve your design proof, with no charge. Once you have approved your proof in writing and payment has been taken, your order goes into production and cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please review your proof carefully before approving.
What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
If your setup arrives damaged or differs from your approved proof, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
Can I return a non-printed accessory?
Yes. Unprinted accessories such as stability kits and carry bags can be returned unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for return postage costs. Please contact us before returning any item.
Add-ons & Extras
What add-ons are available?
We offer three categories of extras. Stability - sandbag kits and eco weight kits to keep your setup secure in wind. Visibility - branded feather flags to draw attention from further away. Professional Finish - a branded fitted table cover to complete the setup. All add-ons can be selected when you submit your enquiry.
Do I need a stability kit?
If you are using your setup at outdoor events, yes. A gazebo without weights or ground anchors can become a serious safety hazard in wind. We recommend the Stability Kit as a minimum for any outdoor use, and the Pro Stability Kit for regularly windy or exposed locations.
Can I order add-ons after my initial order?
Yes - just get in touch and we will arrange a separate order for anything you need.
